Ideas for next cycle?

Looking for ideas on what to try next cycle, the last one our insurance will cover. The protocol for both cycles we’ve done so far was 225 IU Follistim, 150 IU Menopur, and dual trigger 0.8 mL Luprolide and 0.5 mL Pregnyl.

For background: 36 yo f, 35 yo m; 0-2% morphology, 25% sperm dna fragmentation, AMH 3.25, FSH 7.2

We did ICSI with Zymot for both retrievals.

ER 1: 21 eggs —> 18 mature —> 8 fertilized —> 2 high grade day 5/6 blasts —> 0 euploid

ER 2: 22 eggs —> 17 mature —> 12 fertilized —> 3 mid-grade day 6 blasts —> tbd on PGT-A

Added Omnitrope to ER 2: 1/2 vial 2x per week starting 2 weeks before stims and continuing through stims.

What else can we do to improve our blast rate or egg quality? Switch up the Omnitrope protocol? Something else?
