Does The Mountain Book Edition LP come with the same "story of the mountain" that they are advertising as a digital download?

Just wondering since today is apparently the last day to order the digital download. And in the video I watched where a guy was unboxing the book edition, it seemed to just be art without any text or story to go along with it. Curious what this story is and if it comes in both audio and text form.
