performance issues still not resolved from server slam: stuck at around sub 60 fps with gpu util up from 50% now at 90% with cpu util still at 40-50%

4060 mobile gpu
1920x1080p and 3200x2000 share same fps on both low and high settings
thread optimization is on in nvidia control panel, drivers fully updated.

for comparison i get around 150-180 fps on the finals on med/high settings at 1080p and 180-210 on low settings on siege.

the server slam had my gpu util capped at 50, but now its being fully utilized with absolutely performance increase. the graphics still look amazing/the same from the slam build.
