Is anyone else experiencing this?!?!

For the last couple days, every time I pull my gun out after having my breach tool in my hand, my gun will not shoot. If it does I have to swap between weapons for it to finally shoot. I’ve noticed it’s more happening with the torentte. Anyone else?
