cramps & bleeding but no period?

Okay so just yesterday I got a screening because there is a new partner in the picture and despite having no symptoms, I wanted to be safe. What I have noticed is some itching down there, but I assumed it was because I don’t pee right after sex like I should be and got a UTI before because of it. I assumed this was the same thing and am getting tested for that too.

When I got home after the appointment, I noticed there was some blood after I wiped. I again assumed it was from the UTI. There was some slight cramping too but I figured it was from something I ate.

However, this morning I went to the bathroom and of course there was blood when I wiped, but there is also blood in my underwear. Kind of the amount I’d see when I start my period.

But my period ended around the beginning of last week. I still have the faint cramping too.

I’m still waiting for the test results ofc and was told I should have them back by either today or tomorrow, and that I’d get a phone call if anything came back positive. But I’m freaking out a little right now because I have no idea what this could be- if it’s UTI, yeast infection, or worst case scenario, an STD.
