Crossplay PS5

I noticed that when I turn off crossplay on the PS5, I can’t find any lobbies or they get filled with bots. When I turn it on, I get into a mixed lobby. But after that round, I always end up playing only with PS players unless I go back to the menu. I don‘t understand why they can‘t fix this shit.
