Tips for a new collections driver ?

So after being waitlisted for a postie job I was successful in getting a collections driver role and will be starting in a few weeks. I’ve read many threads on here about it but wondered if anyone had any fresh tips or advice on starting this role or starting with the Royal Mail in general . Thanks ☺️
