Escaping the paycheck to paycheck life.

So basically over the past few years I've had to live paycheck to paycheck because of various reasons that I am thankful that I am almost able to recover from financially. I am a very humble individual and grateful for any amount of money that I have. So , I was able to get around 111k and I honestly do not know what to do with it after basically barely surviving for 5 years.My issue has always been whenever I get money that I think is large I blow it and I do not want to do that this time because I cannot afford to. I know I will probably put some in a CD and possibly look into starting my own business. Neve give up 💪🙏
