Another apartment post - any recommendations around Court House, Clarendon, Rosslyn, Ballston area?

Hi there, my partner and I are moving to Arlington and looking for a one bedroom. We have struggled to find condos that accept pets during our hunt and feel an apartment might be out best bet. Any additional recommendations or pointers would be very appreciated! Our price point is between $2500-$2700.

Of those we toured so far, the following have made it down our list and any additional advice would be awesome:

Courthouse Plaza (best price, great location, but dated and has some sun reviews)

The Bell (liked it a lot, but the price has drastically gone up between when we initially toured and now)

The Reserve (liked it, but on the pricey end, not sure we will be able to grab it at our price point)

1800 Oak Apartments (same as above, like this location less though)

Virginia Square Apartments (felt it was pretty mid, seemed like a slightly cleaner version of Courthouse Plaza but with lesser amenities and a higher price point)

We are still planning to tour the Prime, the View, and Avery Row.
