Birthday surprise activities

Hey I Will be with my boyfriend for his birthday in Paris. I wanna surprise him with something special. Can be an activity to do, or a place really unique to eat at. Also a bar with a great view of the city. We will be arriving to Paris at 5pm. Budget is cca 50 per person
