AMEX Gold Rewards Credit Card 30,000 Membership Rewards with referral

American Express regularly update their referral schemes with some really great deals. I have an AMEX Preferred Rewards Gold Credit Card and they currently have a invite a friend offer where the person being referred can get 30,000 bonus membership rewards by signing up using an invite link and meeting the criteria (I get 14,000 membership rewards).
