When to move on?

If you have moved schools before, when did you feel like it was time to move on? Do you regret your decision in hindsight?

Asking as a younger teacher who is just starting to think about leaving my first position. I feel like I have a competitive resume and experiences to teacher upper-level science (various subjects taught, advanced degree, etc.) and just don't see myself getting the opportunity soon.
