24 hours in police custody cancelled

Has anyone else just found out that 24 hours is cancelled? Apparently two ‘new’ episodes were released last night but they’re just repeats of the murdering lodger two part episode that was out last year and they’re not making anymore new episodes according to the news… wtf?!
