This manga truly changed my life. When I first discovered this manga/anime, I was at one of the lowest points I had ever experienced. I was struggling socially and professionally, barely employed, and I had completely withdrawn from the world. I didn’t want to leave my room or speak to my family, friends, or anyone else.

Watching Miyamura’s journey and seeing how his life gradually changed for the better was incredibly inspiring. As I read and watched this masterpiece, it motivated me to work hard and rebuild my life. For five years straight, I pushed myself to improve. It felt like the deeper I got into the story, the more my own life began to improve alongside it.

By the time I reached the end, I saw how Miyamura’s life had transformed into something bright and meaningful. After nearly giving up, he found a purpose to live, thanks to Hori-san. Around that same time, my own life started to flourish. I began to care about things again, to look after people, and to feel excited about the future.

The only thing I haven’t found yet is my own Hori-san. But I believe I will someday. Maybe tomorrow, maybe next week, next month, or even next year. No matter when or how, I know I’ll find her.

In the end, I hope everyone who reads this finds their own Hori-san ❤️
