Would you be satisfied with a better life? Or would you cry inequality?

In a hypothetical not too distant future, Super Intelligent AI has emerged and has changed everything.

It has upended the labor market and now no one who doesn’t want to work has to work. There is a universal income provided to every one. For 95%of the population, their lives are objectively better off than than before Super Intelligent AI. You have housing, food, entertainment, and travel vouchers.

However, with this change, the top 0.1% of the people became the owners and gatekeepers of this new age. This new age has unlocked technology that allows functional immortality. And the elite 0.1% decide it should not be provided to everyone and they keep it for themselves. At first, it is not noticed by the masses. But after more than a decade, people start noticing the elite class are not aging.

Would you as part of the 99.9% just be happy with the life you have been given and be content to live out your life and age out? Or would you demand to be given access to immortality and rally with whoever you can get on your side?
