ALJ Hearing.
my disability is mild cerebral palsy, limitations standing, clumsy when walking, permanent limp on left side, left side hemiplegia, bipolar 2, depression, anxiety, ptsd. i’ve been fighting the battle for disability for almost 3 years now. i was denied twice and had my hearing february 18th where i gave my testimony via phone. my lawyer was there as well. i think i should make note that i am located in north carolina. at the end of the hearing my judge stated that he felt like the hearing went well and my testimony aligned with the judge’s questions. the judge also stated that she would have her decision by end of day and that she hoped everything works out for me. it is now march 5th and i’m beginning to get in my head and overthink. it’s hard for me to ever believe good things will happen for me. i wanted to know what yall thought because my portal still says step 3. any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
