Robotic affirmations

So my goal is to grow in height, and I love robotic affirmations. Should I use “I grow taller everyday?” Or more like “I am 6’1 feet tall (my goal height)?” I’m wondering by saying I grow taller everyday, it’s just going to attract me wanting to grow. But I could absolutely be wrong so let me know!
