[Identify] Vintage ‘60s-70s Seiko?

Was watching The Pitt companion podcast and noticed the host wearing this watch. I have never seen this type of bracelet before with circle cut outs.

After some searching, it looks like it may be a vintage Seiko 5 Sports Kamen Rider 5126-8090. However, I could not find one with this exact bracelet.
