My experience with windows purchase

If you value your time, money, and sanity I suggest to never do business with Lowe's. our experience with Lowe's window installation has been extremely disappointing. What should have been a straightforward installation has turned into weeks of issues. The problems started with delivery when someone else's windows were delivered to our home. Since then we've had repeated rescheduling, delays, and the installation still isn't even completed. It should've been a one day job now we have to wait another week for them to finish a total of 5 windows which is now delaying the install of our blinds even more (diff company).

Even more concerning, the installers left a mess inside our home, including broken glass on the floor and on our couch. When you allow contractors into your home, you expect a basic level of care and professionalism.

We moved intoour house in December and have been doing ongoing repairs and upgrades with several different companies. Lowe's has unfortunately been the only one that has dropped the ball like this.

At this point, I genuinely regret choosing Lowe's for this project. We expected better
