How can we get an LCS with Meta? $500k/month spend and still have to deal with Meta Marketing "Pro"

The last time I dealt with a major account like this, we were only spending $150,000 per month and we had two client reps at Facebook. I'm a little shocked that now, years later, in 2026, spending half a million dollars per month, we still don't have an LCS. Is there anything we can do to reach out to Meta to get somebody?

We've run into a slew of issues, including ads launching that look terrible, and our marketing pro was unable to find the corresponding ad ID, which wasted dollars, etc.

Any insight into how to get a proper client partner at Meta would be greatly appreciated.
