Hey everyone,

I'm currently searching for a 1-bedroom or larger apartment in or around Brooklyn/Manhattan - open to a lease takeover, sublet, or a fresh long-term lease.

Here's what I'm looking for:

• Budget: Up to $5,000/month
• Size: 1 bedroom minimum
• Views: Waterfront or city skyline views strongly preferred
• Laundry: In-unit washer/dryer is a must
• Furnished: Fully furnished is a huge bonus, but not a dealbreaker
• Occupancy: Just me
• Pets: None

A bit about me:

I work in Williamsburg, so ideally I'd love something with an easy commute - Williamsburg, Greenpoint, DUMBO, Downtown Brooklyn, LIC/Astoria on the Queens side would all work well. Open to Manhattan waterfront spots too (LES, FiDi, etc.) as long as the commute is reasonable.

I'm a clean, quiet, and responsible tenant. Happy to provide references, proof of income, and whatever else is needed to make the process smooth.
