The College ,Clubs, Gymkhana is so damn cooked

The only problem i have with this college is real talents always gets buried ,while favoritism works at all places. Not to mention the same shit happens with the college committee clubs and everything in btwn. The top positions are secured with those who never in the worst nightmare can get to that post. (There are definitely exceptions in all cases but "exceptions are not examples") . Ts needs to change, i have no problem with college clubs if u know how to foster talents , jo bande/bandi us club ya committee ko age le ja sakte h ,at times they're the one jo humesha piche reh jate h, jo log chat sakte h they climb the stairs w/o any hurdles. Clubs me bhi HS OS karte ho yaar talent thori n HS OS se determine hota hay. Its hight time ki aap president/VP /FIC everyone should look into this thing . Jo qualified h use do post then the members would also have motivation to work for the club if their superiors are the same . Instead in this college you'll find One guy and his favourites among the top 4 5 ppls there. And talking about this shitass fests org by BCC just to fill the committee members pockets 🙄 nvm. MOKSHA was a flop this year no cap the result of mismanagement and embezzlers .(i hope good for AAYAM X , coz the lineup 🙏🏼). And destroyed the freshers too just doing this bhosda

And avobe everything the worst part is this college culture. GROUPISM avobe everything, Harmony is a myth here harjagah bosdiwale sirf appne states ka group banake baithe h . Harjagah politics, " tu janta nhi meko" "ye senior mere bhaiya lagte h" ,stand hi le nahi paate khudka khair. Ek normal si mr./miss Freshers k title ke liye itna bhang bhosda karte to tumlog... kya karoge is title ko paake you cant sit in a interview and say i was the mr freshy 25 fts
