Flowers

This post isn't Tim and Angela related. I have a question my sister will be dead 2 years tomorrow, me and mama always go decorate her grave for every season and for her birthday and the anniversary of her passing. There's a little girl she is Hispanic she was 12 years when she passed away (she was actually killed and dumped on the side of the road like she was a piece of trash) She is buried in the same graveyard as my sister is. The place where she is buried I call it THE GARDEN OF INNOCENCE, that's where the babies and kids are buried if the parents can't afford to have them buried. My question is do yall think I would be over stepping my boundaries if I put flowers on her grave tomorrow when we go to put some on my sisters grave.
