Does anyone know if Substance Painter (steam version) has been pirated?

There is a non-steam version of substance painter and the steam version.
I know that the steam version is compatible with steam if change some steam options.

I do not know if there is a pirated substance painter (steam version) and if said version can be made to run on linux launching it via steam, as if it was the paid version.
