Tips for sleeping with stitches following a back biopsy?

30M. 6’1”, 270 pounds. Had a biopsy done on my back today, just under my right shoulder blade. I’m a very active sleeper. Dermatologist put me on doxycycline, levocetirizine, and prednisone. Does anyone have any tips for me so as to not open my sutures?
