Unpopular Opinion: I just don’t see it!

If I were on that jury, there is NO WAY I could say Kouri is guilty of murder. NO WAY. Other charges? Maybe! Sure! But absolutely Not Murder.

FIRST thing that stood out to me is how CREEPY the Richins family dynamics are.

\*Mom Richins\* presents a prenup ON their wedding day? And Eric didn’t have the balls to DEFEND his bride-to-be? There’s a time and place for that and THAT was NOT it! They married and the entrapment, isolation and control began. Not just by Eric but by his ENTIRE FAMILY!

Most addiction counselors are inspired to the position because of life experience. What inspired Mom Richins to her career?

Katie Richins: It’s BEYOND weird that she was SO into Eric and Kouri’s business. Creepy actually. It’s obvious to me that Eric was not trusted to make his own choices. Sister and BIL “GOT” him an attorney and handled the communications with that lawyer? That’s ODD!

Eric and Kouri BOUGHT Katie’s house when she moved to a brand new home? That’s convenient, isn’t it? That’s freaking ODD!

BEFORE Eric’s body left his home, Katie was informing the police that Eric “gave her control over everything.” That’s ODD!

Katie LIED on the stand, right out of the gate. She tried too hard to paint Kouri in the worst possible light and LIED to do it.

Eric had serious issues. Dude was in a lot of pain, supposedly, but, more than anything, he sounds like an irresponsible man-child in a family of enablers.

Financial crimes? Yeah, she’s guilty. The fact that her husband and his twisted family controlled everything so tightly gave her no choice. BUT, most was SECURED debt, backed by properties.

The affair? They BOTH did it. I don’t think Kouri was in love with Grossman, at all. He was an escape from reality, a fantasy, a way to cope with the controlling dynamics of home.

NOTHING, absolutely NOTHING rises to the murder charge. Circumstantial is NOT enough. The states case sucks!

It’s VERY unfortunate that the Moscow mule glasses were not collected and tested. We would not be here if they had.

I have NOT seen ANY proof that Kouri procured nor delivered the drug that killed Eric. There is no smoking gun.

The Google searches? I’d be searching the drug that killed my husband. It’s pretty normal for type-A’s to want to know what, how much, what it looks like, etc., THAT is how you piece everything together trying to pinpoint HOW it happened.

Walk The Dog? Kouri LITERALLY reminds of TEXTS and PHOTOS (those have dates and time) that go with what she is REMINDING people of… we’ve already seen how easily people FORGET. When you’re fighting for your life, you’re going to think of everything and remind people of times they were involved in scenarios.

The people closest to “functional addicts” often have NO clue of the addiction.

His family KNEW he used drugs. THAT is why they were so UP in his business! No doubt about it. The more his family tries to paint him as a saint, the more it feels like they’re covering up.

KATIE hired the private investigator after the police did not see a crime.

Katie’s first lie did it for me! That’s when I began seeing this VERY differently. This is about HER hate, power, and control.
