Is anyone else waiting on their Appendix 3 for funding approval?

As title says. FYI I know the deadline is March 15th but I haven't had a single update these last few weeks and was wondering if it's common for the university to wait at the very last minute to send the Appendix 3.

Semester starts May 1st (full time)
