Insurance deductable payout

Location: Alabama

I use progressive for my insurance and I was in an accident in October. The other party was deemed at fault and I got my 1300 deductible from Allstate (their insurance) around the end of October. Progressives been having issues with the loan NPO and just had to reissue a payment to the bank, but when they went to do that I just got a notification that they will be sending me a deductable amount 1300 by mail if I don't respond in 8 days or something. So I went ahead and responded and received the money. Is this a mistake? Will they make me pay this back?
