Fiancee stuck in Dubai, was suppose to travel on 3/3. Getting married on 12/3. What are our options?

He works in Rig and was suppose to travel back to India on 3rd March - flight cancelled. Our functions are starting from 10th. What are our options, everyone is tensed.
