[TOMT][Video Game][Early 2000s?]Crowd sound effect from an older game

Sound is looping between 1:33 - 1:42 in this video. It sounds super familiar to me but I can't find exactly where it comes from. Most of the SFX in that video are from Mario games so I feel like it's likely it's from a Mario game. I thought it might be from Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Games 2008 (DS) but it isn't quite a match. Anyone know this?
