I spent some time with the **Ninkear A16 Pro 2025** and it’s one of those laptops where you look at the spec sheet and go: *“wait… What? Is it even legal?”*

**Config I tested:**

* **16" IPS 2560×1600 (16:10), 120Hz**
* **Ryzen 7 8745HS (8C/16T)** \+ **Radeon 780M iGPU**
* **32GB DDR5**
* **2TB NVMe (2×1TB)**
* **Metal chassis**, \~**1.6kg**
* **USB‑C PD + video out**, HDMI, USB‑A, **RJ‑45**, card reader, 3.5mm
* **58Wh** battery, **100W GaN charger** in the box
* price for this laptop is about **$850**

# The good stuff

**1) The “real laptop” port selection is back**

RJ‑45 + card reader + HDMI + multiple USB + USB‑C that actually does charging and display. I didn’t need a dongle-hydra.

**2) Screen feels great for daily work**

2.5K + 16:10 + 120Hz = just comfortable. Good viewing angles, no obvious issues on my unit.

**3) Performance is strong for work**

This CPU is legit. Great snappiness for editing, multitasking, coding, etc.

(For the benchmark people: **Cinebench R23 \~14641 multi / \~1710 single**.)

**4) Cooling didn’t freak out**

Under stress it stayed reasonable (I saw CPU temps around **70–78°C**). Noise wasn’t “gaming laptop loud”.

**5) 32GB + 2TB is the actual killer feature**

In 2026 this combo is still weirdly rare unless you pay “big brand tax”.

# The not-so-good

* **No physical webcam shutter** (why remove it?)
* **Not a gaming laptop**: Radeon 780M is fine for light/older stuff, but AAA gaming isn’t the point. To be honest, you can run AAA games, but forget about seeing good FPS (everyone knows the performance of this processor)
* SSD/RAM aren’t famous brands in my unit, but speeds were fine and nothing felt like a bottleneck.

# Who should consider it

If you want a 16" workhorse for study/work/content creation and you care about RAM/SSD + screen + ports, it’s a very solid option.

If your main goal is gaming, look for something with a discrete GPU.

**TL;DR:** Feels like a “Not bad for this price” productivity laptop with a strangely generous config. Not perfect, but surprisingly well-rounded. And yes, the price for this laptop is about $850 right now.

Ninkear A16 Pro 2025 review (Ryzen 7 8745HS / 32GB / 2TB / 2.5K 120Hz) surprisingly “no compromises”
