Haggling at a car dealership

How much normally people do haggle in a car dealership ? I’m eyeing a 2017 camry SE 154k miles for 12700$ at our local toyota dealership. The price seems a bit high. How low should one offer without making myself totally awkward at the dealership ? Does offering 9k for the car looks low for that ? Please share some tricks to use in the car dealership. Thanks !!!!
