Wrong weekday in {{CURRENT_DATETIME}}

Hi,

For some reason my models are returning wrong weekday from {{CURRENT_DATE}} or DATETIME variables. Date is current, but week day is always one day behind, so like for today it will reply that today is Thursday, 6th of March 2026. My TZ is set correctly in container.

Any idea why it could be? I couldn't find this specific issue online. Not I'm not using English in prompt if that matters. Is there any possibility to fix that by prompt in the meantime? I tried to tell to shift one day forward but then it says it's Wednesday. Weird behavior.
