Dual devices connect to the same PS5 console

I used to use "PS Remote Play" app on iPhone to play games. However, after pairing my PS Portal to my console and run game successfully on the PS Portal, I failed to pair my iPhone under the same PSN account. Not sure if it's my network issue.
