New Grad RN in ED (Bronx, NY)

Hey everyone!

I was looking for some advise as a new grad starting in the ED in a few weeks located in the Bronx NY. I was at this same hospital for my capstone, therefore am familiar with the overall environment & flow.

My initial fear -- nursing skills. None of that is really thought to us in school as much as it should so I'm obviously having anxiety about those. (IVs, Foleys, etc)

Any advice or perspective for me would be appreciated! Thanks everyone (:
