I think a mod was hacked and their community hijacked today and I don't know where to report it to

I went to post on r/randomvideos and suddenly the only post type allowed is a text-t i t l e post. No videos or links allowed. And the post has to be exactly 300 characters, which is the maximum amount Reddit allows for a t i t l e, and was never required before in order to post. And as soon as you post one, it's immediately removed by automoderator. There hasn't been a new post for about 8 hours, which is strange because this is a community that constantly has new posts.

I've tried sending a modmail message but haven't heard back. I can't message the mod, u/Wautil, directly. And they're the only mod for r/randomvideos. Honestly, I don't know if it's always been like that or if they were hacked and then the hacker kicked out all the other mods. But something is definitely not right, the sub is effectively unusuable now.

I've also tried seeking help by posting in r/help, but my post was immediately removed by automod. I tried sending a modmail message to r/modhelp, but the modmail bot said it can't help me. I don't know who to report this to.
