itchy back of legs in the morning?

hi! every single morning when i wake up i always have really itchy legs. it’s always in the exact same place. it’s the part behind my knees where my leg bends . in honestly just wondering what this is and how to prevent it. I smoke cigarettes once every 2 days and i drink once a week if that. (and even then it’s usually just a can of 3%)

i’ve had this issue for a whole no. when i check the back of my legs theres not really anything signs of the issue
