MacBook Neo -- do you think this will make Google hurry up with aluminum OS and new Chromebooks?

Since Apple just dropped their new affordable MacBooks that's clearly a shot at Chromebooks, especially coming in different colors, do you think this will light a fire under Google to get the aluminum OS and the new Chromebooks out soon?

I personally been waiting on a Snapdragon X ( plus or elite ) Chromebook for the past year, so I hope this speeds up their timeline.
