I didn't get a B again this game according to the ranking system so no double lp

In the last post, I was a top laner so my K/P was very low, that was mostly the reason why I didn't get a B. On this game, my KDA is 0/0/11 and my K/P is 48%, and the game is longer, why am I still only got a C+? No double lp again.
