How can i report EV bus drivers?

I dont think theres any such facility available however if there is please let me know. What actually happened was... so the EV bus that comes to udhampur from jammu around 8:30am the driver of that bus is super agressive and downright rude. He yells at all the female passengers and he didnt even let them sit when there were clearly empty seats available. His excuse? There are staff members thats ride with him everyday and he needs to save seats for them and for male passengers "to earn money" Isnt the government paying him????? I doubt his paycheck comes by how many passengers pay. Also these so called daily staff members If they so badly want to reach their job on time everyday they can book a private van or something instead of turning a PUBLIC transport into their personal staff transport. Honestly wtf is going on??????? He was yelling at all the women "Meri bus mei kal se koi nhi ayega mei baithne nhi dunga mujhe koi nhi dikhna chahiye bla bla " What is wrong with him. What is wrong with people in general??? Please tell me how can i report him. Sadly i dont have any evidence i didnt make a video i think i should have ugh.
