[A3][request] looking for LGBTQ+ friendly units

Hi! My name is Sam. I am a trans woman and I was wanting to rejoin an arma 3 unit and play again. It can be a bit daunting to search for units with the climate of the world right now, but I wanted to take a shot and see if I couldn't find a unit that'd be accepting.

My schedule is currently fairly inconsistent due to circumstances out of my control but for the most part I'd like to play relatively consistently on weekends Saturday/Sunday around midday or in the afternoon. My timezone is MST and I live in Canada. I would like to play in a smaller unit/newer unit if possible and my play style is more casual or semi-serious. I like to joke and have fun, but also take operations seriously when it matters. I want everyone to have fun and feel included.

I would say treat me as a new player even though I've played quite a bit on and off since I am very rusty.
