Who even is good for apartment management

I’m currently on an apartment search, trying to move out of my current one. All I see is way too expensive apartments and apartments with bad reviews about management like Lund Living and now today Richdale.

At this rate, which management groups are actually good? And isn’t insanely priced like some of these one bedroom $1500-1600 places
