Repatriation vs booked flights

It seems that every day more destinations and flights are becoming available again.

Since nobody is answering my calls, I would like to ask people here who may already have experience with this situation.

I have a flight that transits in Dubai:

Sri Lanka → Dubai → Europe.

From what I understand, the first part of the flight (Sri Lanka → Dubai) will only operate if the second leg (Dubai → Europe) is confirmed. I saw this mentioned in comments from people who had a similar experience.

My question is: if my final flight to Europe is operating on the 10th, can I simply go to the airport with my current booking? Or are these flights special repatriation flights that require rebooking through the call center, meaning my current ticket may not match the new flight schedule?

Has anyone experienced this or knows how it works?
