Things from original petition to include in RFE response?

Hello, I'm currently preparing the RFE response for my NIW petition (DIY). I received RFE on prongs 2 & 3. For the people who have successfully gotten their petitions approved after RFE, can you please answer these questions:

1. Did you repeat any evidence/letters/documents from your original petition in your RFE repsonse?
2. Is it okay to refer to sections/information in the original petition in the RFE response?
3. Is it safe to assume that the RFE response will be considered side-by-side the original petition, or do I need to make the RFE response self-sufficient by repeating/including all the necessary information already mentioned in the original petition?
