After I finished my insanity run and bought all the concept art I noticed something interesting, a USS soldier that looks nothing like the new uniform we saw in ark, this is the exact same outfit hunk has in the remakes

It's the hunk uniform replacing Leon or grace depending on the artwork but it's clearly the remake USS outfit, the helmet gas mask and excessive pouches are all different or missing on the new uniform which has what looks like 4 prong night vision a different gas mask and barley any pouches

This could be Capcom messing with us or they could be teasing us that either the commander is hunk or he is atleast in the game
The commander has the same va as hunk in the remakes, he does the same fingie pose when he snaps your neck and he has the T virus, he also straight up leaves the area when you come back to his boss fight

I have seen theories that he's 3A7 from umbrella corps but to my knowledge he wasn't in raccoon city, I haven't actually heard a vector theory but when I first saw him hide in smoke it was something I feel like vector without his camo would do but why wouldn't he have his camo, and last iv heard he's a clone that got messed up during the process

Now 3a7 could be but I don't know why he has t virus

Vector would have t virus and he would definitely work with the connections to ruin umbrella but not sure if he would stay in the uss under the connections

The clone going wrong seems just highly unlikely I Don't really have much else to say besides his different personality could literally be personalities can change after almost 30 years (28)

I originally had a much better written passage but when I went to grab 3A7's name because I didn't remember Reddit reset so I apologize if anything wasn't explained as thoroughly as I would of liked
But besides that let me know your thoughts and opinions about the commander and the artwork

Before anything spoilers for the game
