Have I made some good food choices on this list?

Discussion

Hi there! We (ages 30, 31, 67) are going to Malaysia for a birthday trip soon and I'm starting to scout for food spots. Because we're traveling with an older person with some mobility/health issues, most of these are casual restaurants that are a short walk from our hotels. Some are touristy for sure. But not to worry, will come back to get a taste of street food in KL and other cities on a later solo trip!

Need some help with dish selection though and would love to know if any of these places have 1-2 hour long lines (Damascus? Oriental Kopi?) during peak service hours so I can schedule visits better or have a backup swap ready.

We're not into gourmet/exotic stuff, more interested in soulful and homey meals. Nyonya cuisine speaks to me lol. I might be missing Malaysian Chinese cuisine spots though. I don't usually plan this intensely but my dad can be whiny at his age so I'm trying to mitigate some of that before the trip lol. Thank you sm!!!
