Bump/Cyst on our dogs back

Our labradoodle is 7 years old and he has always had some kind of growth/bump/cyst on his back.. he doesn’t seem bothered by it, we are always cautious when sending him to groomers and make them aware.

Just wondering if anyone know if this has any name so I can read up on it some more. Thanks, appreciate any help.
