Grand Canyon Dispersed camping March2026 condition request.

I am looking to dispersed camp in the north kaibib area outside of the closure area from dragon bravo, what are the current conditions there? Is it impossible to go in right now? is it restricted to south kaibib? any Information not found on the ranger site is welcome.
