38 [M4F] Looking for the right person!!

I’m a 38-year-old married guy from India, working in IT. Life looks structured and busy on the outside, but emotionally it’s been quite quiet for a long time. My marriage has become distant, and somewhere along the way, I started feeling unseen and unheard.
