Help me pick: 2024 Everest vs 2024 CRV vs 21 Fortuner vs 12 Prado
Hello! In the market for a new vehicle. It’ll be my third car, however, my first two are 90s cars so I’m looking for something that can he used daily, is comfortable to drive, and reliable.
Planning to use it as a daily slash go anywhere do anything vehicle, basically something that can handle anything whatever the weather and some light terrain or light overlanding. Good roadtrip vehicle too.
I know my options are all over the place but hear me out:
24 Everest - Modern, comfortable, lots of tech. i’ve ridden one and it really doesn’t feel like a big SUV, probably stands the tallest among here and has the best wading capacity.
24 CRV VX - super comfortable and so pleasant to drive, really relaxing even on long trips. Modern enough. Honda reliability, but has the less room/cargo/wading depth/ground clearance among all the options.
21 Fortuner - probably a good middle ground. Still the old platform but a little more modern than a 2016/2017 version. Will be able to handle pretty much anything + Toyota reliability.
12 Prado - legendary badge, Toyota reliability, can handle everything and anything. Dated interior, a decade older compared to the rest of the options.
